INFINIX Social Media Manager

At INFINIX, we are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social presence and help position us as one of the most dynamic and culturally relevant smartphone brands in Mexico and Latin America.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute impactful social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage our official channels across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create engaging content plans, campaigns, and real‑time trend activations.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to adapt campaigns for the Mexican market.
• Partner with influencers, creators, and gaming communities to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
• Manage social media budgets, paid campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
• Stay ahead of trends, competitor activity, and cultural conversations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing social media for consumer brands.
• Experience in the smartphone or technology industry.
• Proven track record of growing social communities organically and through paid media.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram platforms and algorithms.
• Excellent copywriting, content creation, and campaign planning skills.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and Sprout Social.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Passion for technology, gaming, and digital culture.
