Job Description

Responsible to implement, maintain and improve the manufacturing process, ensure
technical availability of equipment in all shifts. Fulfil Value Stream KPI's: IDC, Technical
Down time, CPH tracking and improving, Pick Up Reject tracking and improving, Pick and
Place machine balancing.
New product introduction, equipment and process definition based on Bosch standard.
New equipment validation, installation in the production environment.

Qualifications

More than 3 years’ experience in the area of SMT (Technology and Process).
Analytical skills for problem-solving techniques.
Statistical analysis knowledge (Minitab).
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multifunctional teams in a
global environment.
Excellent communication skills: Internal and external.
Experience in operation, programming, and maintenance of pick and place
machines.
Basic and advanced training in programming pick and place machines.
Advanced training on vision systems for pick and place machines.
Experience in SMT line balancing.
Experience with pick and place calibration tools.
Experience with new product introduction in the pick and place process.
Experience with traceability scanner setup.
Experience with PCBA traceability systems.
Trained and certified on IPC 610 standard.
Proficiency with PC software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project Management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team leadership, facilitation, collaboration, and influencing skills required.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, IT Systems, or Electromechanical Engineering.
