Manufacturing Line Design Engineer - Junior

Responsibilities
- Desarrollar y mantener la Sequence of Events (SOE) para procesos de manufactura.
- Realizar estudios de tiempos y análisis de capacidad para balanceo de líneas.
- Generar y actualizar documentación en OMS (Operation Method Sheets).
- Elaborar y dar seguimiento a GSOE (Global Sequence of Events).
- Implementar proyectos de shipping densification para optimización de empaque y transporte.
- Administrar y actualizar información en MPP (Manufacturing Process Planner).
- Mantener actualizado el PFEP (Plan For Every Part).
- Diseñar y actualizar layouts de líneas de producción y áreas de manufactura.
- Coordinar cambios de ingeniería y asegurar su correcta implementación en piso.
- Colaborar con equipos de Producción, Ingeniería Industrial, Logística y Calidad para optimizar procesos y flujos de trabajo.
Requirements
- Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Manufactura o carrera afín.
- Experiencia en diseño de líneas de manufactura y layout engineering.
- Conocimiento en estudios de tiempos y balanceo de líneas.
- Experiencia con Sequence of Events (SOE), OMS y GSOE.
- Conocimiento de PFEP y planeación de procesos de manufactura.
- Manejo de CREO, AutoCAD, MPPlanner y Windchill.
- Dominio de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
- Habilidades analíticas, organizacionales y de resolución de problemas.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipos multidisciplinarios y entornos dinámicos.
