Talent Analytics & Learning Ops Specialist (Hybrid)

You will streamline learning and talent processes, develop Excel-based reports, and support data quality, reporting, and stakeholder insights across global teams while ensuring compliance.
You will administer Sum Total platforms, configure learning programs, and partner with HR and analytics to deliver actionable workforce insights and continuous improvement in talent programs.
