Descripción del puesto En el puesto de Ingeniero agricultor/agronomo en Procom Soluciones Químicas Integrales te encargarás de acompañar técnicamente a las personas productoras en campo, realizando visitas periódicas para realizar el asesoramiento y venta de nuestro productos.
Requisitos
- Aptitudes en ingeniería agrícola y agronomía, con capacidad para diseñar y ajustar estrategias de producción sostenible.
- Aptitudes en control de plagas, manejo integrado de cultivos y uso responsable de productos químicos.
- Aptitudes en riego e irrigación, incluyendo diseño básico de sistemas y optimización del uso de agua.
- Aptitudes en venta y servicio al cliente.
- Aptitudes en asistencia técnica a personas productoras, comunicación clara, trabajo en equipo y orientación a resultados.
- Titulación en Ingeniería Agrícola, Agronomía o similar, manejo de herramientas ofimáticas, disponibilidad para trabajo en campo y desplazamientos.
