Únete al equipo comercial como Ejecutivo de ventas empresariales y acerquemos a más clientes con nuestro amplio catálogo de productos y soluciones de cómputo y tecnología.
Actividades diarias:
- Asesorar a clientes empresariales (segmento B2B) en la compra de productos y soluciones de tecnología
- Seguimiento post venta
- Venta cruzada
- Atención y seguimiento a clientes
- Administración de cartera de clientes empresariales efectiva
- Desarrollo de nuevos clientes de toda la república Mexicana
Requisitos indispensables para aplicar:
- Contar con trayectoria laboral estable y enfocada en ventas de al menos 2 años formales
- Experiencia trabajando con metas comerciales mensuales
- Certificado de preparatoria (rango mínimo de estudios), carrera técnica o licenciatura
- Contar con un espacio adecuado para trabajar desde casa, la modalidad es 100% remota
- Conocimiento en productos de tecnología y computo
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
- Experiencia en atención a clientes y desarrollo de cartera de clientes
Importante:
- Todos nuestros ejecutivos inician en una posición de rango JR, sin embargo contamos con un claro plan de carrera para alcanzar un rango SR
- El puesto cuenta con periodo de entrenamiento completo (pagado y con contrato desde el día uno) para que inicies con seguridad tu carrera comercial en la empresa
Beneficios de ser parte del equipo :
- Modalidad de trabajo 100% remota
- Salario base asegurado de $13,600.00 nominales
- Bonos mensuales de hasta $5,800.00 mensuales por alcance de objetivos
- Bono de calidad de hasta $1,550.00 mensuales por score de calidad y objetivos comerciales alcanzados
- Plan de carrera a corto plazo con cambio a esquema de comisiones
- Horario laboral de 8 horas al día, de Lunes a Viernes
- 5 días de vacaciones a partir del sexto mes + 12 a tu primer aniversario
- Aguinaldo de 30 días
- Fondo de ahorro
- Bono mensual por teletrabajo
- Reparto de utilidades
- Permisos adicionales con goce de sueldo (permisos médicos y sickdays)
