Lead Account Manager

Lead Client Success Management
Reporting to our AVP – Client Success Management, the Lead Client Success Manager will strengthen long‑term relationships with senior‑level decision makers across global customer accounts, drive strategic engagement, and help increase revenue. The role requires a client‑focused, strategic, and relationship‑driven professional with a global mindset, passion for technology, and a track record of delivering results in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision makers and influencers across assigned global accounts.
- Conduct regular strategy meetings with client leadership to understand needs and align them with Nasdaq’s solutions.
- Create demand for Nasdaq’s products and services through impactful presentations and strategic conversations.
- Analyze client data and sales reports to identify risks, opportunities, and drive retention strategies.
- Collaborate with senior Account Managers to ensure consistent client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales within a global or regulated industry.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders, develop scalable solutions, and lead cross‑functional initiatives.
- Clear communicator with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, PMP).
- Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industries.
- Exposure to global teams and cultural nuances in cross‑border collaboration.
- Portuguese language proficiency.
Location
This position will be located in México City and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment, at least three days a week in‑office, subject to change, to provide flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
