Consultor Senior ERP / Odoo

Buscamos un Consultor Senior ERP / Odoo con experiencia técnico-funcional para liderar la implementación, configuración y mejora del sistema ERP dentro de la organización.
El objetivo del puesto es asegurar la correcta adopción de Odoo como herramienta central de operación, integrando procesos entre áreas y optimizando la eficiencia del negocio.
Interesados enviar CV con experiencia en proyectos Odoo.
- 3 a 5 años de experiencia en implementación de Odoo ERP.
- Experiencia comprobable en proyectos de implementación.
- Conocimiento funcional en módulos de ventas, compras, inventarios, manufactura y contabilidad.
- Conocimientos técnicos en Python, XML y ORM de Odoo.
- Experiencia en entornos multiempresa.
- Conocimiento en facturación electrónica en México.
- Disponibilidad para trabajo presencial en Tehuacán, Puebla.
- Levantamiento y análisis de procesos (AS-IS / TO-BE).
- Implementación y configuración de módulos en Odoo.
- Personalización del sistema de acuerdo con los procesos del negocio.
- Integración de procesos entre áreas: ventas, compras, inventarios, manufactura y contabilidad
- Capacitación y acompañamiento a usuarios finales.
- Soporte funcional y técnico del sistema ERP.
- Propuesta de mejoras continuas del sistema.
- Coordinación con áreas internas para la toma de decisiones técnicas.
