Role Summary and Impact

Responsible for developing and implementing creative and content strategies for campaigns, ensuring that the ideas align with the brief and the brand’s objectives.

• Analyze campaign briefs and objectives.
• Develop influencer marketing and content strategies.
• Define creative approaches, narratives, and cultural opportunities.
• Identify relevant trends, formats, and platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to develop actionable ideas.
• Build strategic rationale for proposals and presentations.
• Define the role of key profiles within the strategy.
• Ensure the strategy aligns with KPIs and business objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and the development of commercial proposals.
• Distribute briefs to talent

Skills and Experience

• At least 4 years of experience as content strategist or a related role. Experience with influencers and creative work specifically, someone with experience developing creative concepts and campaign strategies.
• Advanced English
• Someone who is familiar with social media formats, is passionate about the subject, has experience working with influencers, is creative, and can write briefs
