Finance Analyst

Objetivo del puesto:

In this role you will be the finance contact for 2 US entities, responsible for coordinating with the SSO the correct reporting of financials, following US GAAP and local requirements, in accordance with the best financial practices. Your focus will be to make the process standard and efficient as possible, connecting new tools to automate activities, releasing time to business analysis. Primary focus, but not limited to, is capex and opex.

Principales actividades,

• Key contact for capex control, actual and forecast, in partnership with local operations and global platform teams.
• Preparation of Journal Entries
• Account Reconciliation.
• Opex Control, actual and forecast.
• Contribute to the Annual Operating Plan preparation.
• Coordinate the month close activities with the Shared Service team to the assigned entities
• Provide finance support to the others functions (local and global)
• Prepare decks and bridges to support the understanding of month close review.
• Support Continuous Improvement of finance related activities.
• Follow the company's internal work rules and safety requirements.
• Comply with and share Avery Dennison's ethics and values policy.
• Apply and promote the 5S methodology in your work area.
• If you are part of any company brigade and/or committee, you must fulfill the corresponding activities.

• 3 años experiencia.
• Escolaridad: Lic o Ing. Accounting, Finance, Administration or related fields, Industrial Engineering}
• Google Workspace (gmail, google sheets, google presentation, gemini, workspace studio)
• Desable Promote collaboration Oracle Fusion or Oracle R12
• Desable Delivery of results
• Advanced knowledge in Excel Necesario
• Good communication skills to interact with Senior Leaders Necesario
• Self-Leadership
