We're looking for a Business Compliance Manager to act as a first‑line, product‑embedded compliance partner.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing compliance domain expertise to 1LoD and offering solutions to compliance problem statements
• Acting as an effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance teams
• Steering retail products through the complex regulatory landscape
• Ensuring every product launch is smooth, compliant, and ahead of the curve
• Identifying potential compliance risks in our retail offerings
• Creating innovative strategies to stay one step ahead of regulatory challenges
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to design and deploy cutting‑edge compliance policies that meet legal requirements and drive business growth
• Empowering product teams with the knowledge and tools they need, making compliance a seamless part of the innovation process
• Serving as the go‑to expert and liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring our products shine in audits

What you’ll need

• 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance
• A professional certification in Compliance (or willingness to obtain one)
• Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to investment firms
• Experience in compliance risk management (consultancy, compliance function, or regulator)
• Experience conducting regulatory gap analysis, policy development, and implementation
• An understanding of banking supervision and regulatory affairs functions
• Experience in a top‑tier bank, strategy consultancy, or fast‑growing technology company
• An excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact
• Highly adaptable skills to work in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines

Nice to have

• A STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a top‑tier university
• Experience with SOX, COSO, and audit processes
