Material planner

Objetivo del puesto:
Asegurar y coordinar la llegada a planta de los componentes y materia prima requeridos a los proveedores en tiempo y forma de acuerdo a la producción programada para satisfacer los requerimientos de los clientes internos y externos. Administrar el nivel de inventario para no generar exceso y desabasto de material para las líneas de producción.
Competencias requeridas:
- Conocimiento en Planeación de Materiales y Producción (MRP)
- Conocimiento en Planeación de Producción o Planeación Maestra (MPS)
- Conocimiento y experiencia en desarrollo de proveedores.
- Conocimiento en Administración de Inventarios & Técnicas estadísticas
- Metodología Lean (Pull vs. Push, Discrete Planning, Min-Max)
- Conocimiento en SAP
- Portales de cliente
- Conocimiento en OEE, OAE
- Conocimiento en OEA
- Conocimiento en estrategias de manufactura (Make To Stock, Make to Order, Hybrid) y reabastecimiento (Min-Max, Discrete / Batch)
- Metodología Lean (Pull vs. Push, Discrete Planning, Min-Max)
