Job Title

TAR Maintenance Planner (E&I and M) - Temporary Position -

Location

Altamira Site, Industrial Corridor in Altamira, Tam.

Responsibilities

The Turnaround Planner is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the planning of maintenance activities to guarantee efficient and safe execution of Turnaround. Key responsibilities include cost control, quotation analysis, preparation of comparative tables, generation of purchase requisitions, and management of services and materials. This role is critical in the preparation and execution phases of TAR, ensuring the availability and quality of resources and materials required for the successful completion of Turnaround activities. TAR activities include internal labor, internal materials, external services and materials for mechanical, instrumentation and electrical equipment installed in Altamira Site focused on safety, reliability, cost control and asset care.

Education and Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Maintenance principles knowledge.
• Skilled in planning, scheduling and coordinating preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
• Safety and quality awareness.

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience developing maintenance programs.
• Strong background working with multidisciplinary maintenance teams and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, procurement and operational standards.
• Experience defining scopes of work for mechanical repairs.
• Experience planning maintenance for motors and power distribution systems.
• Experience planning calibration and maintenance of pressure and temperature transmitters.
• Resources management expertise.

Technical Skills

• Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Maintenance strategy optimization based on equipment reliability data.
• Shutdown and turnaround planning and coordination.
• Coordination with operations, engineering, and contractors.
• Proficiency with SAP system and budget management.

Physical Demands

Regular visits to plant or field areas to assess equipment condition, validate work scope, or coordinate with technicians.
