Digital Content Designer

Primary Location: Mexico (MX) - Reciente León John Deere Shared Services Mexico

Function: Marketing / Sales

Main Responsibilities

• Designs and develops digital content of moderate complexity for a global customer and channel segments. Partners with other areas of the business to deliver seamless and intuitive communication and engagement experiences.

What Skills You Need

• 3 or more years of experience in digital content creation – copywriting, graphic design, user experience.
• 3 or more years of experience working with cross-functional teams and adjusting working styles to achieve desired outcomes.
• Familiarity with User Experience principles to deliver compelling designs that align with brand identity and tone, and deliver a seamless and intuitive customer experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent communication, documentation, organizational and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative to build strong and productive relationships and communicate clearly to audiences of all levels.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Knowledge and experience with content development tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Premiere and/or Articulate 360.
• Knowledge and experience with video and audio tools such as Camtasia and/or Audacity.
• Knowledge and experience with content management platforms, such as WIDEN, TeamSite and/or Core Media.
• Knowledge of John Deere’s distribution channels and their practices.
• Experience working in the Financial Services industry.
• Experience working with global teams.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, instructional design/technology, or equivalent related experience.
