First rotation** * **Build end-to-end business understanding:** Develop strong financial and commercial acumen by diving into PMI’s operations, strategy, and transformation agenda. * **Drive planning & performance cycles:** Contribute to key financial processes such as LRP, OGSM, OB, and IBP—connecting strategy with execution. * **Establish your leadership foundation:** Own critical analyses and projects, strengthening your ability to influence decisions and engage stakeholders. ### **2.
