Material Prep Associate (Santiago de Querétaro)

The Associate Material Prep is responsible for performing routine material preparation activities in support of manufacturing and assembly operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, stages, and kits materials, components, hardware, and tooling for production and assembly operations.
• Assists with maintaining set‑up equipment (25%).
• Maintains an organized work area. Responsible for proper handling of hazardous waste and keeping the work area clean and free of safety hazards (25%).
• Masks, demasks, and cleans parts manually (25%).
• Plates routine parts to blueprint using manual methods and completes all associated paperwork (25%).

Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed instructions, procedures, and work orders.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials consistent with job requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
