Role Overview

We are actively looking for an experienced Accounting and Tax Manager to lead the finance function and oversee the accounting and tax operations of five legal entities in Mexico, including four Maquila entities and one regular company. This is a strategic leadership role for a finance professional with strong expertise in accounting, tax compliance, financial controls, risk management, and digital transformation within a multi‑entity manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• Strong experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax leadership roles.
• Experience managing multi‑entity operations and Shared Service environments.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working with multinational organizations and general stakeholders.
• Led finance operations for five Mexico entities, overseeing AR/AP, General Ledger, payroll, cost accounting, and financial reporting, including all closing cycles.
• Managed end‑to‑end tax operations (VAT, ISR, payroll taxes, CFDI), including VAT refunds, audits, and compliance with IMMEX, maquila, and transfer pricing regulations.
• Ensured risk management and audit readiness by implementing monitoring mechanisms, supporting audits, and enhancing internal control frameworks.
• Drove digital transformation initiatives by optimizing INFOR ERP, improving workflows, and implementing RPA and AI‑based finance solutions.
• Advanced English communication skills.
