We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer (Salesforce) to lead architecture, technical strategy, and delivery of large-scale Salesforce implementations. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll influence technology decisions, mentor engineering teams, and help shape the future of our Salesforce ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

• Lead enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and strategic technical initiatives.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce architectures.
• Develop advanced Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, APIs, and integration frameworks.
• Define integration strategies and data transformation solutions across multiple business systems.
• Drive performance optimization, governance, security, and release management best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to create technical roadmaps.
• Lead solution design, prototyping, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Establish engineering standards, conduct code reviews, and promote technical excellence.
• Mentor developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Lead Agile delivery practices including planning, estimation, requirement analysis, and technical execution.
• Communicate technical strategies, risks, and recommendations to executive and global stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of Salesforce consulting, implementation, or engineering experience.
• 5+ years of advanced hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce architectures.
• Deep knowledge of APIs, middleware, integration patterns, and automation frameworks.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
• Strong understanding of security, governance, scalability, and release management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

• Salesforce Platform Developer Certification
• Salesforce Application Architect Certification
• Salesforce System Architect Certification
• Experience leading global Salesforce transformation initiatives
