Description
- Develop,implement,andoptimizeRFtestprocessesforPCBAandelectronicproducts.
- TroubleshootRFandelectronicassemblyissuesatcomponentandboardlevels.
- Analyzetestdataandidentifyrootcausesoffailuresusingstatisticalandengineeringmethods.
- SupportNewProductIntroduction(NPI)activities,includingtestdevelopmentandvalidation.
- CollaboratewithQuality,Manufacturing,Process,andDesignEngineeringteamstoimproveproductperformanceandyield.
- Validatetestfixtures,equipment,andautomatedtestsystems.
- Ensurecompliancewithcustomerspecifications,IPCstandards,andmanufacturingrequirements.
- Drivecontinuousimprovementinitiativesrelatedtotestcoverage,efficiency,andproductreliability.
- Supportfailureanalysisandcorrectiveactionimplementation.
Qualitification
- Bachelor'sdegreeinElectricalEngineering,ElectronicsEngineering,MechatronicsEngineering,orrelatedfield.
- 3+yearsofexperienceinRFtesting,electronicsmanufacturing,ortestengineering.
- StrongknowledgeofRFmeasurementequipment,includingspectrumanalyzers,networkanalyzers,signalgenerators,andoscilloscopes.
- Experiencetroubleshooting PCBA(PrintedCircuitBoardAssemblies) atcomponentlevel.
- MandatoryknowledgeofIPC-A-610forelectronicasassembliesandacceptabilitycriteria.
- UnderstandingofSMTmanufacturingprocessesandelectroniccomponents.
- Experienceworkinginahigh-volumemanufacturingenvironment.
- Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills.
- AdvancedEnglishcommunicationskills(writtenandverbal).
