How you’ll make an impact

• Lead the HR strategy and execution for a multi‑site manufacturing campus to support organizational growth.
• Lead and develop the campus HR team through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Partner with leaders to build a high‑performance, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
• Guide employee relations, labor relations, and union partnership initiatives.
• Develop and execute talent, succession planning, and workforce strategies.
• Champion learning and development programs that strengthen organizational capability.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives across multiple locations.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law, corporate policies, and maquiladora requirements.
• Lead governance, risk management, audit readiness, and continuous process improvement activities.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments.
• Demonstrated labor relations experience, including union engagement and collective bargaining support.
• Experience supporting maquiladora operations and multi‑site manufacturing environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication and influencing skills.
• Proven success leading teams, driving organizational change, and making data‑driven business decisions.
• Experience in a greenfield, start‑up, or newly established manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
