Flex, located in Guadalajara, is in search of an experienced HR Generalist.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will oversee HR strategies, advise management on employee matters, and contribute to the talent development and retention strategies within the organization.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience and 5-6 years in Human Resources.
