Global Legal Counsel - Contracts, Compliance & Strategy

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Legal Counsel for its operations across Mexico, Colombia, Caricom, and Ecuador. This role entails providing legal advice primarily involving data protection, civil, tax, and labour law. The ideal candidate must possess a law degree, be registered with the Bar, and have significant experience in senior legal positions.
Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed organization. This position offers an opportunity to impact significantly by developing legal strategies and handling complex contracts.
