Creative IA Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and autonomous Creative IA Designer to drive the development of innovative visual content through the integration of Generative AI, design expertise, and efficient creative production processes.

This professional will combine strong visual storytelling skills with advanced AI capabilities to deliver high-quality creative assets at scale. The role requires ownership of projects from briefing to final delivery, close collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders, and the ability to champion AI-driven creative workflows across the team.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt high-quality visual content across digital, social, and marketing channels using Generative AI and design tools.
• Develop scalable creative solutions that increase production efficiency while maintaining brand consistency and creative excellence.
• Manage projects from initial brief through final delivery, ensuring timelines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Partner directly with clients to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and communicate project progress.
• Ensure all creative outputs comply with brand guidelines, quality standards, and AI governance policies.
• Lead prompt development, AI asset generation, refinement, and final production-ready artwork delivery.
• Support and mentor team members in the adoption of AI-powered creative workflows and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative creative solutions across multiple markets and channels.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality work.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Creative Production, or related creative disciplines.
• Proven experience working with Generative AI tools and AI-enhanced creative workflows.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across digital, social, and marketing content.
• Advanced English communication skills, with the ability to interact directly and professionally with clients.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of AI-powered design platforms and emerging creative technologies.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, imagery, and visual storytelling.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance creativity, efficiency, and business objectives while delivering high-quality outputs.
• Passion for innovation and staying current with emerging trends in design, technology, and Generative AI.
