Senior Statistical Programmer in Pharmacometrics (PM) support (Clinical Trials)

IQVIA seeks a Senior Statistical Programmer to support pharmacometrics in clinical trials across Latin America. The role involves developing and validating datasets using SAS and R, mentoring junior programmers, and ensuring compliance with CDISC standards in a fully remote position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and validate complex datasets and outputs using SAS, ensuring CDISC ADaM and SDTM compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize statistical programming processes and efficiency
- Mentor junior programmers and guide their professional development
- Lead initiatives to enhance programming tools, techniques, and departmental workflows
- Provide technical guidance on statistical methodologies supporting clinical trial projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years efficacy analysis (ADaM datasets & TLFs) or 4+ years ADaM statistical programming
- Proficiency in R programming language (mandatory)
- Advanced proficiency in SAS programming language
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Native fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor programming teams
