Responsibilities:

• Post job openings on various platforms and manage the selection process.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Evaluate and screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Maintain a candidate database and manage communication with candidates.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes.

Required Skills:

• Excellent level of English, both written and spoken.
• At least one year of experience in similar positions.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and candidate management systems.
