All applications welcome and will be considered based on merit against the job and/or experience for the position.*## **Your role**Expert Java consultant responsible for migrating large-scale, mission-critical applications (monoliths) from WASN environments to WAS Liberty. The role involves a deep code modernization to leverage the new features of recent Java versions.* Migrating complex Contact Center and Branch Office applications to WAS Liberty.* Updating and refactoring code from Java 8 to Java 21.* Implementing code enhancements using new Java features such as Switches, Pattern Matching, and Records.* Ensuring compatibility with all system libraries in their latest versions.## **Your profile*** Java expert (Java 21 highly desirable).* Experience in application server migrations (WAS to WAS Liberty).* Experience managing highly complex monolithic applications.* Stack: Java experts, as this involves deep code changes (Switches, Records, etc.).* Empowered Careers with Purpose: Work on meaningful projects that use technology to solve real-world challenges.
