We’re looking for a Social Videographer & Motion Editor to join a growing global in-house Creative Hub.

This is a true videography + editing + motion role. We need an all-rounder who is just as comfortable behind the camera capturing great footage as they are in Premiere Pro and After Effects turning it into fast-paced, engaging social content .

You might be setting up a multi-camera shoot one day, capturing on-the-move lifestyle footage the next, and then creating a typography-led Reel or animated social asset.

The key? You understand social-first storytelling . You know how to grab attention quickly, create strong pacing, use motion and typography effectively, and turn raw footage or complex ideas into content people actually want to watch.

What You'll Do:

• Shoot and capture original video content for social and digital channels, from polished campaign shoots to fast-moving, agile content.
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, microphones, and audio equipment for both studio and on-location shoots.
• Capture everything from multi-camera interviews and talking-head content to lifestyle footage, b-roll, and travel-focused content .
• Edit engaging, social-first video for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.
• Own post-production from raw footage through final delivery, including editing, color grading, sound design, captions, transitions, and visual effects .
• Create motion graphics and animated typography for Reels, short-form video, product content, and social campaigns.
• Combine live-action footage, design, typography, animation, and motion to create polished social content.
• Turn complex products and ideas into simple, visually engaging screen demonstrations, walkthroughs, animations, and data visualizations .
• Adapt content across different social formats, aspect ratios, lengths, and platforms.
• Work closely with the Creative Producer, Social Media Manager, designers, copywriters, and wider creative team.
• Keep raw footage, project files, and finished assets organized across multiple concurrent projects.
• Explore AI-supported video and editing tools to improve workflows around captioning, resizing, editing, and content adaptation.

What You'll Bring:

Most importantly, we need to" see a strong showreel/portfolio demonstrating actual videography AND social-first editing/motion work.

You'll ideally bring:

• Strong professional experience in videography, video editing, and motion graphics .
• A portfolio showing that you have personally filmed content , not only edited footage provided by someone else.
• Experience creating modern, social-first video with strong pacing, transitions, hooks, typography, and storytelling.
• Strong motion design skills , particularly animated typography, graphic animation, transitions, and compositing.
• Experience with both professional studio shoots and agile/on-the-move filming .
• Strong knowledge of camera operation, composition, lighting, framing, and exposure .
• Experience with professional audio capture , microphones, and sound.
• Strong understanding of color correction and color grading .
• Excellent visual judgement across typography, layout, composition, pacing, and storytelling.
• Experience creating content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital/social channels .
• The ability to work quickly across multiple projects without sacrificing craft or attention to detail.
• Professional English communication skills and comfort working with global teams.

Tools & Technical Skills

We're looking for advanced experience across:

• Adobe Premiere Pro – professional video editing and post-production
• Adobe After Effects – motion graphics, typography animation, compositing, and effects
• Adobe Photoshop – image editing and asset preparation
• Adobe Illustrator – graphic and vector asset creation
• Professional DSLR/mirrorless/cinema camera equipment
• Lighting equipment and studio setups
• Professional microphones and audio recording equipment
• Color correction and grading workflows
• Social video formatting, including 9:16, 1:1, 4:5, and 16:9
• Experience with emerging AI video/editing tools is a plus

What We're Really Looking For:

This isn't a traditional videographer who only shoots polished long-form content.

It isn't a video editor who only works with footage someone else has captured.

And it isn't a pure motion designer who spends all day in After Effects.
