Mexico Sales Director: Lead Growth & Field Leadership

Plexus Worldwide®, headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks a Director, Sales – Mexico to lead the market strategy, drive revenue growth, and develop field leaders across Mexico. You’ll head a team of Field Development Specialists and collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, Compliance, and Customer Experience to deliver a localized field experience that accelerates enrollments and rank advancement.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with up to 20% travel throughout Mexico.
