Responsabilidades
- Realizar actividades de generación de todo tipo de reportes recurrentes y ad-hocs para todos los niveles de la OpCo.
- Calcular y/o revisar el cálculo de KPIs relacionados al negocio en la función que le corresponde.
- Analizar la información que se procesa con el fin de proporcionar insights relevantes para el negocio y detonar discusiones.
- Realizar propuestas de mejora a los reportes existentes y entregas en los tiempos previamente acordados.
- Identificar puntos de mejora continua y oportunidades en los procesos existentes.
Requisitos
- Nivel mínimo de inglés: Upper‑Intermediate
- Experiencia relacionada en la generación de reportes periódicos.
- Nivel de Excel avanzado (Macros).
- Power BI.
- Entendimiento de sistemas contables deseable.
- Destacado en servicio al cliente y habilidades interpersonales.
