If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Business Systems Analyst** located in **Technology Park Campus**.Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, the **Business Systems Analyst’s** role involves:**What a typical day looks like:*** Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge* Work directly with stakeholders to improve operational procedures to increase efficiency, productivity and strategic goals* Research, design and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of site business/customer's requirements.* Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoption* Execute Global IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverables**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Industrial Engineering* Advanced English is Mandatory* Solid knowledge in ERP* Mespro Experience* Advanced SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting.
