Order Fulfillment Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Management / Order Fulfillment Manager to oversee customer accounts, manage order fulfillment activities, and ensure seamless coordination between customers and internal teams. This role is responsible for driving customer satisfaction, meeting operational commitments, and supporting business growth within a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Management, Program Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Order Fulfillment within the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, production planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Plex, Epicor, or similar).
• Advanced knowledge of forecasting, demand planning, and customer account management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) environment.
• APICS/CPIM, CSCP, PMP, or related certifications.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience managing strategic customers and high-volume production programs.
