Design Engineering Supervisor

We're seeking an Engineering Supervisor with 5+ years of engineering experience, including proven people leadership, to lead a technical team in a manufacturing or product development environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or controls engineering, with experience across the full product development lifecycle, design validation, root cause analysis, technical investigations, and engineering documentation. Experience with system-level design, CAD and GD&T (preferred), and implementing engineering processes and continuous improvement initiatives is highly valued. To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate strong leadership, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, communicate effectively in fluent English, mentor engineering teams, and confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
