Global Self-Learning & Content Architect

Link-Worldwide in Mexico is seeking a Training and Content Management Specialist to develop self-learning strategies and manage training content. You will create engaging learning programs that empower employees to enhance their skills independently.
Responsibilities include designing self-learning materials, collaborating on learning management systems, and evaluating program effectiveness. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in training and development.
A strong understanding of self-directed learning methodologies is essential, as well as excellent communication skills.
