Advanced Resource Manager (Santiago De Querétaro)

Responsibilities

• Establishes and drives proactive resourcing practices within the Resource Management Office and through partnership with relevant project, consulting and other teams.
• Strives to optimize project team and / or consultant work allocation, ensure appropriate staffing for diverse teams / activity and delivers business value added metrics.
• Works closely with business leaders and project stakeholders to ensure placement of the right people, with the right skills at the right time.
• Tracks activity with the potential to impact staffing models, isolating potential issues / challenges and developing remediation strategies.
• Evaluates resource requirements location-by-location with a focus on optimizing availability and ensuring appropriate skill / capability alignment.
• Engages in capacity planning, assessing available resources and personnel and helping determine the organization's ability to handle / manage current and anticipated projects.
• Prepares or ensures preparation of baseline calendars, accommodating changes in resource scheduling, current and forecast demand and customer (internal and/or external) expectations.
• Creates and publishes various reports for evaluating efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Resource Management.
• Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
