Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technologies or related engineering.
Languages: High level of proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)" Level: B2, C1, C2, Fluent

Gross Salary: $35,000 MXN /Month

Job Stability and Professional Development

*Rotating on call with the team, 1 week every 6 - 8 weeks, this can involve some support after hours, and candidates need to be open to this (sometimes issues extend beyond the end of business day and they need to resolve, sometimes changes are deployed after work hours. any weekend/holiday support is very rare).

Experience and Technical Skills

Mainly Backend Development (4+ years), but Fullstack would be good
Strong Node JS skills (4+ years)
Strong Streaming Platforms (KAFKA, SQS or RabbitMQ)
Microservices Architech
Need some Java skills (the work is maybe 40% Java)
Fullstack experience with React on the front end is nice to have (they have a React UI but don't have to do much with it)
AWS - EC2, S3, Lambda, Redis, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes

Soft Skills

Interested in someone who is a gogetter, interested in learning, can pick up new technologies quickly and figure things out on their own without much hand holding.
