Procurement Specialist I

Job Title: Indirect Buyer of Machinery & Equipment Job Summary:

We are seeking an Indirect Buyer responsible for sourcing and purchasing indirect materials and services to support business operations. This role involves supplier management, cost analysis, and ensuring timely procurement while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and purchase indirect materials and services.

Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing and contracts.

Analyze costs and identify opportunities for savings.

Ensure timely delivery and compliance with company policies.

Support internal stakeholders with procurement needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

Experience in procurement or purchasing of indirect materials/service.

Experience buyer Machinery &equipment (mandatory). Machinery and equipment focused on the production of the final product, including specialized systems for inspection, designed to support efficient mass production.

Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
