This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. In addition, you are empowered to create memorable experiences for our guests.

While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:

Responsibilities

Greeting guests, recognizing frequent guests, and ensuring that they have information on how to contact any Host for future needs.

Developing and increasing guest visits and play habits.

Filing events based on play criteria.

Building and maintaining relationships with casino guests by providing exceptional service and hospitality.

Making outbound calls to invite guests and promote events; greeting and welcoming players on the casino floor; ensuring a high level of personalized service to enhance the guest experience.

Serving as the primary point of contact for VIP players and assisting with resolving any guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Reviewing casino play to evaluate and issue appropriate complimentaries.

Explaining promotions, programs, and any current giveaways to all guests.

Explaining the benefits and privileges of using a player’s card; improving guest service, developing and implementing new promotions, maintaining and cultivating relationships with VIP guests; acquiring new and inactive business.

Approving credit and managing reinvestments in guests.

Desired Qualifications

Ability to obtain Nevada Gaming Registration and Alcohol Awareness Certification card (Must be at least 21 years of age).

Minimum three (3) years host experience preferred.

Must be professional and maintain confidentiality.
