Remote Senior Marketing Specialist

Established Search is supporting a leading dental organisation in their search for a Junior Marketing Consultant to join their LATAM team. This is an opportunity for a marketing professional looking to develop their career within a high-performing company creating an impact on the dental industry.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, International Marketing, you’ll support the execution of strategic marketing plans across Latin America. From managing campaigns to supporting clinical education programs and building digital content.

Key Responsibilities
Implement regional marketing strategies that align with global brand goals
Support trade shows, events, and clinical education activities across LATAM
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce marketing materials
Drive digital campaigns and social media initiatives
Help grow and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region
Provide localised content and translation support to ensure messages resonate across diverse LATAM markets
Work with sales, clinical, and distributor partners to increase brand visibility and service excellence
Support budgeting and reporting activities

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or an agency setting
• Fluent Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
• Strong digital marketing knowledge and familiarity with design/brand guidelines
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Experience working cross-functionally and remotely
• Willingness to travel across the region (~20%)
