So far, we have built a global team working from our offices in Boston, Barcelona, Monterrey, and Indore, as well as remotely around the world, to help us achieve our mission. Own the end-to-end product design process: user research, flows, wireframes, prototyping, testing, and developer handoff

Design and improve core product flows and daily user interactions

Simplify complex, data-heavy interfaces into clear and intuitive experiences

Work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation

Use user insights and product goals to guide design decisions

Help establish design standards and best practices for the product

3–5+ years of experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer

• Experience working on complex systems, dashboards, or back-office tools
• Solid UX fundamentals: information architecture, user flows, usability
• Strong proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems
• Professional level of English and Spanish

Experience in startups or early-stage products

Background in data-heavy or enterprise software

Hands-on experience with usability testing and user research

Not a UI-only or visual design role

Not a junior position

Not consumer-only product design
