As a part of our expansion, we are searching for a Software Engineer IV to join us and work closely with a geographically distributed team across US, Mexico, UK and India. In this role, you will be deeply involved in the development, maintenance, testing and deployment of our industry leading enterprise grade workflow automation product, TAP.
As an integral member of a global engineering team, responsibilities include development, fixing customer reported defects, unit and functional tests before deploying the high-quality releases to the production environment. Net web applications: This includes enhancements, fixing defects, implementing updates, and optimizing performance.
Document software changes: Participate in code refactoring projects: Create and maintain unit and regression tests: Write automated tests to verify code functionality and prevent regression issues during updates.
Review code changes from other developers to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.
Net applications by analyzing code scanning tools outputs, staying informed of potential threats and implementing security best practices.
This includes troubleshooting issues, providing verbal and written communication to Clients while addressing software issues.
Deliver high quality software: maintain and deliver software with high quality and low defect rate
Mentor Junior engineers: Share knowledge and expertise with Junior developers to help them grow their technical skills and understanding of the codebase. This may involve educating in coding standards, providing guidance on best practices, and answering questions.
8+ years' experience in software development with .Net based web applications.

• C#, LINQ, .NET Framework, (ASP.NET, MVC 5)
• UI development – JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, BootStrap
• Entity Framework or a similar ORM
• Azure SQL Server
• Web Services, REST API
• Exposure to Automated Testing: NUnit or xUnit, Moq
• Experience doing application performance analysis and code quality tools
• Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio or a similar IDE
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (scrum)
• Experience developing or maintaining automation testing software; NoSQL databases (MongoDB, SQL Server and experience writing complex SQL queries)

Experience in developing web application that adheres to OWASP security standards
Github Copilot) Candidates who do not have this experience will receiving training
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience
