Human Resources | Talent Acquisition Manager

The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment across assigned business groups and functions in Mexico and the United States, partnering with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to attract and hire high-quality talent.

Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, helping define hiring needs, recruiting strategies, and priorities.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and transition to onboarding.

Guide hiring managers throughout the recruitment process using market insights, candidate availability, and recruiting data.

Partner with Compensation, HR, and HR Operations on compensation recommendations, offers, and onboarding.

Provide local support for Mexico-based hires, including coordinating required documentation and signatures, welcoming new employees on their first day, and assisting with related onboarding activities.

Maintain accurate recruiting data within the applicant tracking system and follow established processes and compliance requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.

Professional fluency in Spanish and English.

Recruiting experience in life sciences, biotechnology, medical device, scientific instrumentation, engineering, or other technical industries.

Experience recruiting scientific, engineering, commercial, field service, or technical talent.

Experience recruiting across Mexico and the United States and within a global or matrixed organization.
