Senior Visual Designer

Ventes has teamed up with a well-established apparel company seeking a talented, creative Graphic Designer to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on branded apparel collections and contribute to trend-driven design initiatives within a fast-paced creative environment.

*ON- SITE, MEXICO CITY

Primary Responsibilities
Translate brand vision and emerging trends into a wide variety of designs for assigned product lines
Bring fresh applications and innovative design ideas relevant to the brand
Work within established brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce visual identity
Manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines and expectations
Demonstrate strong attention to detail in color, typography, and layout
Collaborate closely with the creative team to brainstorm and develop concepts
Develop creative typographic and layout solutions
Handle constructive feedback effectively from colleagues and senior leadership
Understand production and printing processes as they relate to graphic design
Ensure designs align with apparel artwork and printing requirements

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical design skills
• Solid foundation in typography, layout, and design principles
• Experience with apparel artwork, printing techniques, and materials
• Knowledge of color separation (a strong asset)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) in a PC environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent organization and communication abilities
• Ability to take direction and work both collaboratively and independently
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for new challenges
