Software Sales Agent

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Guanajuato, GUA, for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, delivering compelling sales presentations, managing customer relationships, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, training team members, and collaborating with management to achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and ensure exceptional client experiences
Proven Sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities, present solutions, and close deals
Experience in Sales Management and the ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
Skill in Training and mentoring team members to enhance overall team performance
Problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset
Experience in the financial advisory or real estate industries is a plus
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools would be advantageous
