Job Summary
We are looking for a Process Scientist with pharmaceutical manufacturing and process development experience to support USA-based pharma projects. Candidates with experience in GMP-regulated environments and willingness to work with U.S. teams are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Support pharmaceutical process development, optimization, and scale-up activities.
Assist with process validation, technology transfer, and manufacturing support.
Investigate process deviations and support CAPA implementation.
Collaborate with MSAT, Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams.
Analyze manufacturing/process data and prepare technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and regulatory requirements.
Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
• 3–7 years of pharma/biotech industry experience.
• Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of process validation, deviation investigations, and process troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
