For this position, we are looking for a seasoned UX designer with digital agency experience leading website projects from research and discovery through to design hand-off. Experience with stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering, heuristic and competitive audits, and wireframing within Figma are a must. Website analytics experience, understanding how analytics can translate into UX recommendations.
Usability testing experience a plus.
Present recommendations and conduct working sessions to review design concepts and documentation with clients and incorporate their feedback.
Work with junior UX designers to assign and mentor their work.
You know what makes a user experience work, and can show examples from your portfolio of how you’ve balanced usability with conversion optimization.
You have examples of wireframes and prototypes you’ve completed for mobile and desktop experiences, and you are a pro at working with Figma.
You have 3 — 5+ years of professional working experience as a UX specialist at an agency.
Note: We are not looking for a visual designer; this role will not include any visual design.
