As a Manager, Proposals at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client proposals, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with client needs, ultimately contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies in the healthcare industry.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, project management, and finance, to gather necessary information and ensure proposal accuracy and completeness.

~ Providing support and guidance to proposal team members, including proposal writers and coordinators, to optimize proposal quality and efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field; Must have previous experience in proposal management, business development, or related roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry.

• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, including study design, conduct, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
