IT Specialist – EDI & API Support
IT Specialist focused on integration support (EDI/API) and platform operations, responsible for ensuring stability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of integration flows between internal and external systems. This role operates in hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud) providing 2nd and 3rd level support.
Support platforms across on-premise and cloud environments
Ensure stability, performance, and quality of integration processes
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Knowledge of middleware tools ( Sterling Integrator, IBM API Connect )
Technical knowledge of: SQL, Linux, XSLT, Scripting
Python, Bash, Groovy
Experience with Agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence)
Knowledge of DevOps, ArgoCD, and cloud platforms (nice to have)
3 years of experience in integration support / middleware / IT platforms
- Experience in technical troubleshooting and support (L2/L3)
- Experience working in global or corporate environments (preferred)
