We are currently searching for a Network engineer :
Ensure accuracy and completeness of vendor test results and Turn Over Packages (TOP).
Coordinate E2E testing schedules and update critical system records.
Update Install Dates Acceptance status and Physical Circuit IDs to ensure accurate billing processes.
Provide vendor surveys based on the clients specific measuring parameters.
Experience in OSI Layer 1 (Physical) and Layer 2 (Data Link) troubleshooting for WAN point-to-point connections.
Familiarity with network path elements in data centers specifically router ports and patch panels.
Excellent English speaking skills (Advanced/Fluent).
Data center & cloud networking basics
Fiber Optics (testing splicing migration)
possess a Professional Title and Cédula Profesional (Mandatory for TN Visa processing).

Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
Fully remote.
