Buscamos un Gerente de Ingeniería con sólida experiencia liderando el desarrollo técnico de proyectos de infraestructura eléctrica y energética, desde las etapas de ingeniería conceptual y básica hasta ingeniería de detalle, construcción y puesta en operación.
Experiencia requerida
Buscamos profesionales que cuenten con experiencia relevante en una o varias de las siguientes áreas:
Líneas de transmisión de alta tensión.
Subestaciones eléctricas.
Parques fotovoltaicos.
Parques eólicos.
Proyectos EPC de infraestructura eléctrica y generación de energía.
Desarrollo y ejecución de proyectos públicos y privados .
Coordinación de ingeniería multidisciplinaria: eléctrica, electromecánica
Revisión y aprobación de ingeniería conceptual, básica y de detalle.
Coordinación técnica con clientes, contratistas, proveedores y áreas de construcción.
Seguimiento técnico durante construcción y puesta en marcha.
Gestión de especificaciones técnicas, memorias de cálculo, planos, diagramas, listas de materiales y documentación de proyecto.
Control de alcance, calidad, costos y tiempos asociados a la ingeniería.
Conocimiento de normatividad y estándares aplicables al sector eléctrico mexicano.
Requisitos indispensables
Ingeniería Eléctrica o Ingeniería Electromecánica – indispensable.
Experiencia previa en posiciones de Gerencia de Ingeniería, Engineering Manager, Gerencia de Proyectos de Ingeniería o posiciones equivalentes .
Experiencia comprobable en proyectos de transmisión, subestaciones y/o generación renovable fotovoltaica o eólica .
Capacidad para liderar equipos multidisciplinarios y gestionar diferentes proyectos simultáneamente.
Se valorará especialmente experiencia en proyectos de alta tensión, líneas de transmisión, subestaciones eléctricas, parques solares y parques eólicos , así como participación en proyectos desarrollados para CFE y clientes privados .
