Product Configuration Analyst

Your Job Koch Technology is seeking a Product Analyst to be a part of a larger product team who partners closely with Koch businesses to deliver on a roadmap that transforms enterprise service management (ESM) work processes. The vision of Koch Technology is to advance and enable the achievement of Koch business outcomes as strategic technology partners, and Koch Technology product teams create value by solving business problems and optimizing technology investments.

You will join the Global Enterprise Service Management capability, a team dedicated to enabling Koch businesses through transformation and innovation. Our platform enables key lifecycle capabilities, including IT Service and Operations Management, Application and Service Portfolio Management, HR Service Delivery, Legal Service Delivery, AI and Consumer Experience. Collaborate with IT teams (product management, software engineering, architecture, and support) and business partners to implement product improvements that drive business outcomes
Ensure the quality of product releases and deliverables through execution of risk mitigation strategies, including test automation scripts, creation and execution of test cases, and regression testing
Coordinate with business partners to conduct user acceptance testing
Leverage data to inform strategy and showcase value stories

3+ years’ experience supporting or managing enterprise applications, preferably within the ServiceNow platform (ITSM or similar modules)

• Proven experience with Application Portfolio Management (APM), Configuration Management Databases (CMDBs), and service mapping, preferably within the ServiceNow platform
• Proven ability to analyze data and process gaps and recommend alternatives to improve
• Experience working in a global, cross-functional, and Agile team environment.

Experience with the Common Services Data Model (CSDM) in ServiceNow
Experience in project and resource management and coordinating the work of a larger team
Experience with XML, API integrations, and similar technologies
Experience working within ServiceNow Agile and DevOps methodologies, processes, and tools
